"I am a new customer to Big Branch Plumbing and new to tankless water heaters. Somehow I did not get the knowledge from the original installer that I should have the tank flushed and serviced annually. Recently I began having issues with getting cold blasts of water during a shower. I called Big Branch last week, they came out and flushed and serviced the tank. They didn't try to sell me extra unnecessary parts, which they easily could have since I am a senior citizen who knows little to nothing about tankless water heaters. Then I adjusted the thermostat and got another blast of cold — I called them back and they came back quickly. Again they could have charged me for parts that were not needed; instead the technician took the time to explain how the system works and how and when to properly adjust during our changing seasons. No charge. In my experience this company and their technicians are honest and reliable. They know their business and respect their customers."

"Reasonable price. I had a great experience with Connor and Todd from Big Branch Plumbing. Connor arrived on time for my appointment and was very professional. I had my Navien tankless water heater serviced. I was very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs."
